This document sets out all the conditions for using the jeet way platform in detail. Please read the entire document carefully before registering an account and before using any service.
1 General Introduction
jeet way is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides various gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") define the legal relationship between jeet way and its members.
These Terms apply to all jeet way services — including slot games, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and all other entertainment activities. By accessing the website or app and completing account registration, you are considered to have agreed to all the terms set out below.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account on jeet way, the following eligibility criteria must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must confirm that online gaming is not legally prohibited in the country or region where you live.
- Each person may open only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Accurate and truthful information must be provided at registration. Providing false information may result in the account being closed.
- You are managing the account yourself and for yourself — managing an account on behalf of someone else is prohibited.
2.2 Account Verification
jeet way may at any time request a government-issued identity document, national ID card, passport or other relevant documents for identity verification. Withdrawal facilities may be restricted until verification is complete. It is each member's responsibility to cooperate with verification process requests.
2.3 Account Security
Your login details (username and password) must be kept completely confidential. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately. jeet way will not be responsible for any loss resulting from sharing account details with a third party.
3 Deposits and Payments
The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on jeet way:

For bank transfers, transactions can be made through major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank.
Before processing a withdrawal request, jeet way verifies whether the wagering requirement for the relevant bonus or winnings has been met. Attempting to withdraw without meeting the wagering requirement may result in the request being declined.
4 Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
jeet way offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.
4.2 Other Promotions
- Weekly jeet way Reward: 30% of deposit, up to ৳5,000; wagering 18x; minimum deposit ৳500.
- Cricket Festival Bonus: 50% of deposit, up to ৳8,000; wagering 20x; applicable to the sports betting section only.
- jeet way Friday Bonanza: 40% of deposit, up to ৳6,000; wagering 15x; once per weekend.
- Birthday Special Gift: up to ৳1,500; wagering 10x; for verified account holders.
- Refer a Friend, Win with jeet way: up to ৳2,000; wagering 12x; for each active referral.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
Bonus funds are not cash — they cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active. jeet way reserves the right to change promotion terms or cancel a promotion at any time, but changes will not be made to an ongoing bonus without prior notice.
5 VIP Membership and Cashback
The jeet way VIP programme has five tiers. Cashback is provided on weekly net losses at each tier:

Cashback is calculated on the total net loss for the week (total bets minus total winnings). For example: a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. Cashback is provided automatically to regular users.
Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on gaming activity. jeet way upgrades eligible members through regular account reviews.
6 Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Policy
Every member must participate honestly and fairly when playing games on jeet way. Operating games through any kind of software tool, bot, script or automation is strictly prohibited.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a server error, network issue or software fault causes an unusual change in a game result, jeet way reserves the right to void that game and refund the bet amount. Obvious technical errors in displayed winnings are subject to correction.
6.3 Special Sports Betting Rules
If the conditions of an event change after a sports bet has been accepted (for example, a match is suspended or cancelled), the situation will be handled according to jeet way's set rules. Specific over-related rules apply for T20, BPL and IPL matches — read the jeet way FAQ section for details.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeet way platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or claiming bonuses under more than one identity.
- Placing bets in a calculated way with the intention of abusing bonuses ("bonus hunting").
- Using the platform for money laundering, tax evasion or any other illegal purpose.
- Exploiting any vulnerability in a game's rules or software for personal gain.
- Misleading or harassing other members on the platform.
- Using unauthorised third-party payment methods.
If a member is found to be involved in any of the above activities, jeet way may immediately close the relevant account and forfeit the balance.
8 Responsible Gaming
jeet way believes that gaming should be entertaining and should not cause financial or psychological harm to any member. To this end, the platform provides deposit limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options.

Downloading the app from an unauthorised source carries security risks — jeet way is only responsible for the app obtained through official channels.
11 Account Suspension and Closure
11.1 jeet way's Authority
jeet way may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Evidence of fraud or bonus abuse.
- Providing false information during age verification.
- Extended periods of inactivity.
- On the order of a court or law enforcement authority.
11.2 Member Rights
A member who wishes to close their own account may contact the support team. All legitimate balances and pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed.
12 Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about a transaction or game result, please contact us directly first via live chat or email. Our support team provides assistance in Bengali 24/7.
After a complaint is submitted, jeet way will investigate within a reasonable time and attempt to provide a resolution. Relevant account logs and transaction history will be considered as evidence during the investigation.
13 Limitation of Liability
jeet way does not accept liability in the following cases:
- Game losses caused by internet disconnection.
- Any inconvenience caused by software issues on the user's own device.
- Delays or failures by third-party payment services.
- Losses due to account insecurity where the member has not kept login details safe.
- Service disruption caused by unforeseen natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances.
14 Changes to Terms
jeet way reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified in advance of significant changes via email or through the platform.
Continuing to use the platform after changes have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. Members always have the option to close their account if they do not agree to the new terms.
