Popular betting markets — where to place your bet
Match winner
The simplest market. Bet on which team — team A or team B — will win a T20 match. If team A wins, you win the bet; if not, the stake is lost.
Toss winner
Bet on which team will win the toss before the match starts. A straightforward market where the result is decided quickly.
Top run scorer (top batsman)
Predict which batsman from a given team will score the most runs in an innings or across the whole match. For example: who will score the most runs for team A.
Total runs over/under
Bet on whether the total runs in an innings will be more (over) or less (under) than a given number. For example: whether team A's first innings will be over or under 160 runs.
Multi bet
You can combine selections from multiple matches into a multi bet. Placing three selections with odds of 1.60, 1.80 and 1.90 together gives combined odds of 1.60 × 1.80 × 1.90 = 5.47 (approximately). A ৳100 bet returns ৳547 if all selections win — but if even one fails, the full ৳100 is lost.
Over of first wicket fall
Bet on which over the first wicket will fall in. This is a popular market on pace-friendly pitches.
Man of the match
Bet on which player will be recognised as the best performer at the end of the match. The prediction depends on the team's batting or bowling strengths.
Odds for every market are visible in advance. If you select odds and place a bet before the match starts, those odds are locked in at that moment.
Reading odds — understanding three formats made simple
Odds on betting sites are generally written in three ways: decimal, fractional and American. The decimal format is most commonly seen on jeet way, but knowing all three is useful on any site.
Example 1 — the same odds in three formats
Say team A will win, bet ৳1,000. This market may appear in three formats:

Example 2 — odds for the favourite
Team B is the favourite, with odds of 1.80 in decimal, 4/5 in fractional and -125 in American. A negative American odds figure means how much you need to stake in order to win ৳100.
If team B wins, a ৳1,000 bet returns ৳1,800 (৳800 profit + ৳1,000 original stake). When a favourite's odds are lower, the profit is lower too, but the team is considered more likely to win.
Remember:
Higher odds mean higher potential profit, but the chance of winning is generally considered lower. Lower odds work the other way.

Live in-play betting — placing bets while the match is on
Odds change when a wicket falls
In-play betting means you can still place bets after the match has started. After every wicket, every boundary or a big over, odds update instantly.
Say after 10 overs a team has scored just 60 runs for 3 wickets — that team's odds of winning will shorten and the opponent's odds will lengthen. These shifts create opportunities to place new bets or add a bet in the opposite direction on top of an existing one.
